Please accept our apologies in advance for not being able to provide exchanges or returns for the following scenario(s):
- Change of Mind: The high cost of international shipping unfortunately makes it prohibitive for us to accept any returns.
- Size Exchanges for Shirts: As all shirts are printed on demand, we do not keep any inventory and are not able to accept exchanges. However, we can reprint it in the size you need, at a lower cost! To avoid getting the wrong size, please kindly refer to the size charts for reference.
- Order Arrives Later Than Expected: Please refer to our estimated shipping times. 99% of orders reach within the stated time. However, as with everything shipping related, a random customs check or an unexpected situation like a natural disaster may cause delays, and we ask for your kind understanding on this matter.
For all other requests, we will do a thorough review on a case-by-case basis. Please rest assured that we take pride in what we do, and take all feedback seriously. We will work with you to efficiently resolve any concerns you may have.
