Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to address your concerns. Part of the great customer experience we provide, is by ensuring that expectations are managed, and miscommunications are minimised.
Please accept our apologies in advance for not being able to provide returns, exchanges or refunds for the following scenario(s):
- Change of Mind: The high cost of international shipping, and the fact that we are just a small business, unfortunately makes it prohibitive for us to accept any returns for this reason. We simply cannot afford to do this.
- Size Exchanges: As all clothing is printed on demand, we do not keep any inventory and are not able to accept exchanges. However, we can reprint it in the size you need, at a lower cost! To avoid getting the wrong size, please refer to the measurements on our size charts for reference.
- Order Arrives Later Than Expected: Please refer to our estimated shipping times. 95% of orders reach within the stated time. However, the shipping times provided are based on our experiences and are not to be taken as guarantees. Once the parcel goes out from our studio, it is completely out of our control. A random customs check or an unexpected situation like a natural disaster may cause delays, and we ask for your kind understanding on this matter.
For all other requests, we will do a thorough review on a case-by-case basis. Please rest assured that we take pride in what we do, and take all feedback seriously. We will work with you to efficiently resolve any concerns you may have.
